On April 28th, was the feast of Saint Louis-Marie Grignion de Montfort, apostolic missionary of Mary, founder of two religious congregations and an outstanding Marian writer; it is he who prepared the Chouans and the Vend\u00e9ens to die for God and for the King; it is he who prepared, by his missions, by his prayers and his tears, by his sacrifices and his holy example, the future heroes of the Vend\u00e9en wars, the martyrs of Christ the King, the victims of the guillotine and the republic’s bayonets.
\nToday, this republic is still shedding blood, this blood that has become white, this blood of our aborted children, of our intelligences ossified and rendered child-like, this blood of our souls killed by mortal sin.
\nTo recover the life we have lost, let us return to Mary Immaculate, through whom we will find Jesus Christ the Incarnate Wisdom; Ad Jesum per Mariam – To Jesus through Mary – such was the motto of St Louis-Marie; and since this way is salutary for our souls, it must also be so for our countries: Let us therefore bring our countries back to Jesus through Mary.<\/p>\n
